Downloading InstantOS firmware
You will need a user account for the Aruba Support Portal (ASP). You can create a free ASP account using any email address that is not from one of the major email providers, such as Gmail or Hotmail.
After logging into ASP, locate the firmware file by using the filters for your AP model and the OS version that you want to upgrade to.
For example, filter by File Type: Software > Product: Aruba Access Points > Software Group: InstantOS > Product Series: Aruba 310 Series Campus Access Points > Major Version: 8.11 > File Category: Software.

This method will only work for upgrading to InstantOS 8. It has not been tested with InstantOS 10, so be sure to download the InstantOS 8 version.
